Adspert supports the following countries and their marketplaces:
USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, UAE (United Arab Emirates), Japan, Australia, India, Sweden, Singapore, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Belgium.
Can Adspert optimize only part of my campaigns?
You don’t have to optimize all your Amazon PPC campaigns with Adspert. You can decide which campaigns from your Amazon Ads account should be optimized.
You can add or remove campaigns from optimization at any time in your Adspert account.
Can Adspert add keywords to my existing automatic and manual Amazon PPC campaigns?
Yes, if you activate the setting, new keywords will be automatically added by our Amazon PPC tool: If you have both a manual and an automatic campaign, we will try to link them.
Please note the following conditions that must be met for campaigns to be linked:
• Adspert must optimize both the automatic and the manual campaign.
• Both campaigns must be active.
• The automatic campaign must not have ad groups with more than 10,000 product listings.
• Both campaigns must have identical or nearly identical product sets.
• The campaigns must be one-to-one linked.
Additionally, you need to consider the following:
• Adspert will not link an automatic campaign with multiple manual campaigns (except for product-related campaigns).
• Adspert will not link a single manual campaign with multiple automatic campaigns with the same product group.
• Adspert will not link multiple automatic campaigns with multiple manual campaigns with the same product group.
• Manual campaigns that only have product-related ad groups will not be considered for linking, as it’s impossible to add keywords to a product-related ad group. All the above conditions also apply to manual campaigns that have both keyword-targeted and mixed ad groups.
If no link can be made between an automatic campaign and a manual campaign, we will create a manual campaign when you select the “automatically add new keywords” setting in Adspert.
How does Adspert support Sponsored Display campaigns?
Sponsored Display advertising is supported by Adspert. However, this also depends on the targeting method you choose.
Does Adspert also support Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) accounts?
Yes, Adspert supports Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) accounts.
Currently, Adspert only supports Amazon Sponsored Product campaigns for KDP. Sponsored Brands campaigns within a KDP account are not supported and not displayed, as it is technically impossible to retrieve reports for Sponsored Brands campaigns through the Amazon Ads API for Kindle Direct Publishing.

No. Adspert only shares in the revenue generated from the campaigns you optimize with Adspert and that is attributed to the campaign’s performance.
How is my Adspert monthly fee calculated?
Your monthly Adspert fee consists of two parts:
Plan fee: A fixed amount based on the plan you choose (Essential, Scale, or Pro).
Commission: A percentage based on your ad sales (Amazon Ads & eBay Advertising) or optimized ad spend (Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising).

Each plan includes a fixed monthly fee:
Essential Plan (€99/month) → Optimizes Amazon Ads & eBay Advertising only
Scale Plan (€499/month) → Optimizes Amazon Ads, eBay Advertising, and optionally also Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising

2. Understand the Commission Structure
You pay a commission based on the ad sales or ad spend Adspert optimizes:
Amazon Ads & eBay Advertising: Commission is tiered based on total monthly ad sales, starting at 1.7% and decreasing to 0.50% as sales grow.
Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising: A fixed 5% commission on optimized ad spend.
The final invoice amount depends on:
Your chosen plan (Essential, Scale, or Pro).
Which ad accounts you connect (Amazon, eBay, Google, Microsoft).
How much ad sales or ad spend is optimized by Adspert.
